Pinterest for your Facebook Page – Mobile URL Goodness

Adding Pinterest to your Facebook Page

Pinterest is all the rage in the social media industry. It’s turning more heads and referring more website traffic than any other social network save Facebook. Given the popularity of Pinterest, it’s only natural to find ways to integrate it into our social networks like Facebook, Twitter, etc.

While there isn’t a direct way to add Pinterest to a Facebook page, I’m going to tell you how using the Static IFRAME Tab App with your mobile Pinterest URL will give you this.

What you need to do :

1. Login to your Facebook account.
3. Select Facebook Page which you want to add the tab.
4. Select “URL” Page source and add “m.” to your regular Pinterest URL (as seen below)
5. Name Tab

Just that simple and you have a very nice looking Pinterest tab added to your Facebook Page. The benefit of using the mobile url is that it looks a lot less clunky and fits nicely within the IFRAME dimensions. It’s a great way to showcase your work and interests via your Facebook Page.

Set your new Pinterest Facebook Tab as your Default Landing Tab :

1. Go to your Facebook Page.
2. Edit Page
3. Manage Permissions >>> Default Landing Tab
